From july 7 to august 31, the restaurant is open only in the evening from Tuesday to Sunday and is closed on Monday.

In the heart of Bandol, Gilles Demaure imagined a refined and cosy restaurant that draws its creativity from the supply of fresh local produce, poultry, meats, goat cheeses, vegetables and seasonal fruit. The Chef also highlights the expertise of the region by working on products from an AMAP (Association Supporting Small Farming and Agriculture).
